Aggregate Liability Cap: In no event shall 9TH CITY's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to 9TH CITY in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 9TH CITY and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
